Beautifying the "home" of the Lechaina Philharmonic - The concert venue is ready

Last year the Philharmonic Orchestra of Lechena acquired its new "home" in the old warehouses of raisin, with the care of the Municipality of Andravida - Kyllini and with funding from the Region of Western Greece. This year, the space was also configured, so that the Philharmonic can hold concerts and welcome its audience.
The space can accommodate 200 people and with the interventions made to improve the acoustics, they can enjoy the magic that the Philharmonic offers with its music. But because the best is the enemy of the good, the management of the Philharmonic continues the interventions in the space so that it is completed and constitutes a real jewel for the culture.
The president of the Lechena Philharmonic, Andreas Migos, speaking to ilialive.gr, described yesterday as a very important day for the leading philharmonic of the prefecture and the Region "After 92 years of operation, it acquires a permanent home in the new building. The hall was granted by the Municipality of Andravida - Kyllini (we thank the Mayor Mr. Yiannis Lentza) a year ago and then the configuration was made with contributions from sponsors and from the arrears of the residents of Lechena and the region whom we thank for strengthening our Association. We have configured a concert hall for around 200 spectators and now we will be able to hold concerts in our space which becomes another source of culture for Lechena and our Municipality. We still have a lot to do in the hall, for heating, setting up spaces, offices, etc. but the beginning has been made and we are very optimistic about the future" Mr. Migos noted.
